poorly made
I just got this jacket and the pilling is horrible. Only my second time wearing it! I’m sure it can’t be returned because I wore it but do not purchase if you want more than one wear from it. I own many topshop costs that I’ve had for years and this is not the same quality sadly.

Color not as pictured
The color on this was so off that I didn't event take this out of the clear bag to try it on. I was expecting more of a camel or coffee-with-cream color. It looked like the brown that's inside a pea. Not for me.

Runs Extra Large
I wear a 6 & ordered 6 -8 size.becsuse Top Shop can run small. This coat looks like my father's coat and it is very boxy. I will return, as not flattering. But if I liked it I would have to get a size smaller. Recommendations for this sizing is way off
