Bad customer service
I ordered this dress in the wrong size by mistake and I called the service line with 2 hrs to amend my order. They told me they were unable to cancel the order or change de size and that my only option was to return the dress paying the 9.95 return fee. bad customer service and unable to accommodate client.

I loved this dress but I had to order a size larger than I normally wear hoping it would fit but t was too short for work, and fit true to size so it was a little big on me. Hoping someone returns one in my size in the hopes I can drop the hem.
