so confused

I bought this as a christmas gift for a family member and it’s definitely going back. Thank god the shipping was fast so I have time to return it and find something else. First off, the color. I purchased the green color but received a dark grey. I thought they sent me the wrong color at first but turns out it’s the same name so it looks like it’s the websites fault for uploading the wrong picture? Either way, not what I ordered. Second of all, the material. It’s borderline scratchy and not soft at all. So no, don’t recommend this item even with the great discount.
