Bad design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tongue is stitched to the sides of the boot. I couldn't get my foot in the boot. I always buy the same size w/o issue. Poor design.

I wanted to love them, and size up if you are unsure of size
I really wanted to love these boots but they are not as comfortable. They have a lot of insulation so I recommend going up in size, especially if you plan to wear with thick socks. But even with me going up in size, my foot just felt like it was being squeezed even though they fit (it is hard to explain). They are high quality which is why I gave it a 3/5, but also because customer service helped me with figuring out an exchange solution.
