Bought online and was sent a dirty used jacket that was returned and reticketed. Didn’t even have the actual brand tag on it anymore but they sent it to a customer buying online. Not only that it’s been over a month and I’m still fighting with them to get a refund after the item was sent back to the weeks ago. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROCESS
