1st Nordstrom Experience POOR. ORDERED 7 dresses - NONE WORKED - waited WEEKS for delivery, multiple calls, 100 round trip to Grand Rapids and now I have to go find Fed Ex. Entire experience poor and nothing to compensate or make things with with customer. Surprised and disappointed. Guess I’ll be working with Amazon - so much better service!
