Needs support
I bought this a month ago and stopped using it soon after. It is not made for tools. The bottom just collapse and you have to hold it up by the straps to find tools in the bottom. This bag needs some support so it will not just fall over flat every time you sit it down.

Best decision I've made!
Absolutely love this bag. As a field tech, I was looking for something that could hold both my tools and my laptop/stationery items separate. This bag has more pockets than I know what to do with, but not an unreasonable amount. It's especially perfect if I can hang it somewhere nearby and work out of it. Now my only problem is trying not to make it weigh 50 lbs, because it can definitely hold more than I've stuffed it with, and I already have more with me than I carried in my toolbar before.

Doesn't hold shape and was shipped scrunched up
Got this a few weeks ago and was really excited but once it arrived it was all scrunched up in the box and just doesn't hold its shape at all. There's zero support to the pack and it just flops over. It's a bad design and also the way they shipped it really jacked it up even more. I'm getting by with a hoodie crammed into it to help keep some shape but then it's blocking parts of the pack that I may need to access. Would really suggest you guys learn to ship and design a pack with some dang support to it.
