Looks too fake. I recommend passing on it.
Band and center stones look fake because the stones around the entire band are too large for that area and the center stone is too. If the center was no larger than a carat and the stones were smaller around the finger, they would look much more realistic as diamonds. As is, it looks too fake and cheap in my POV.
