I love the style of these boots, and they are super cute, but I ordered them online. When I received them and tried them on, the toe part of the boot was really tight, almost too small, but the heel was very loose. When I walked my heel came up and down and rubbed against the back of my foot, but the front of the boot was quite tall. They seemed to be good material, they just didn't fit me right.

Runs very small
I wear an 8/8.5 and bought a 9. I had to return the 9 and order a size 10! I hope the 10 fits! I couldn't extend my toes all the way in the 9. Cute boots though!
