Colsie CZ Pendant Necklace

I ordered this item and it was supposed to come in the same package as another item I received. The package said delivered because I did get a package with my other item in my order, but this item was missing. When I submitted a refund request because the item was missing, it was denied. So apparently, even though I'm a credit card holder and I've spent thousands of dollars over the years at Nordstrom, they don't wanna believe me when I say a $13 item was missing and I want a refund for that. No, I have to go through hoops just to get a refund not because of the $13 but because I am pretty upset to pay for an item I never received
