different toe type
I received my order pair of sorel boots but they have different toes. Left side is soft and the right side has a hard support. It seems the quality control missed this pair and mixed with other pair. It’s my first time to order thru nordstrom rack online and I’m very disappointed. Returning them is hassle but I will try if I got time on my busy days.
