buy it tight if you want support
I bought both the medium and the large. I am a 34DD. The medium felt better because it was tight and held me in place. But I had a lot of cleavage, too much for my comfort. The large felt looser and covered more, but it didn’t give me enough support. I was certain with the large I would end up with an indecent exposure experience at the pool. But for a little smaller chest it's super cute and the thin pads covered the nipples well. It doesn't adjust in the back.
