Loved this curler.
I had a store bought one, I had to play with this new one a little bit as it seems to be longer and I have hooded eyes, but once I got it on the right spot it was wondering, no pulling eyelashes out anymore.

Disappointed that this was so horrible
This is the worst eyelash curler! I had a Shisedo curler for years that worked amazingly well, but it broke. I needed a new one. I thought buying this one would be the same. I was so wrong. There were so many issues with this curler. This curler was shorter in eye length. I measured the refill pads I had from the last curler with this one. The pad for this curler is significantly shorter so the curler didn't fit my eye length. It also didn't curl my lashes. It would bend them or lift them slightly. Worst of all, this curler pulled out all of my long eyelashes that I worked to grow with Latisse! I returned this curler.

Best eyelash curler ever
Best eyelash curler I've ever used! I bought it off a whim after reading someone's comment online. Even though I didn't *need* a new eyelash curler, the comment was convincing I had to try it. And I'm so glad I did! My previous curler has been retired after many years, and while it was fine, it doesn't do nearly as good a job as this one. It keeps my eyelashes curled all day, and sometimes they even still have lift after I've taken off my makeup and washed my face! Amazing. Can't recommend highly enough!
