Sexy special occasion shoes
I have been wanting a pair of blue shoes and boy am I glad I ordered these. The color read Caspian Blue but they are a perfect royal blue with a suede finish, which is the perfect blend. I wore them to a nice dinner and received tons of compliments. Although they are 4.5 inches, they are very comfortable. I loved them so much that I just ordered them in Jute which is a matted silver shoes. Can’t wait to get them. I would have ordered them in black as well, but they’re sold out of my size.

Shipping and Selling USED/WORN Shoes
Nordstrom RACK you know better and really should do better. Charging full price and sending frayed, dirty and worn shoes is unacceptable…completely. This’s the 2nd time you’ve sent me a worn shoe and inconvenienced me by having me to drive an hour away for a FREE refund. Shame on you! Otherwise you were going to charge me for to return them back to you… this’s bad business!

Utter Disappointment
These shoes arrived yesterday and I was appalled. The souls were dirty and material was worn off the back heel. They were filthy to the eye and I didn’t bother to try them on. I can’t believe anyone thought it was acceptable to ship them out. The Rack has gone completely downhill this last year or so and needs some major quality control.
