Size down at least 2 sizes.
I got these in a 29 and they are perfect for a baggy fit. Quality is great. I normally wear a 31 in Madewell and a 32 or 33 in Mother for reference.

I ordered my regular size 4/27 these were absurdly large. They are cute and well made but the sizing wasn't a thought in the designing of these I guess.
