shipping time is ridiculously slow
I purchased this purse on May 11, 2024. It is now May 16, 2024 and a shipping number has yet to be created. There is no way to track my order. I paid for shipping. The event I wanted this for had passed. I won’t be ordering anything online from the rack. 2-4 week wait for a product, which was showed to be in stock? This is awful customer service.

bad quality
The reason why I when to buy from this designer was: 13 years ago I bought a great bag from her, amazing quality and nice design. Fast forward I decide to get this one a year ago just to take for doctors appointments or airport. But omg, quality is so bad and is ripping a part. Not even close to being my primary purse and not much use it.
