Actually the material of this dress is very good. The bottom is light cotton poplin, and the top is rib knit. It looks like it has elastic but it doesn’t. When I ordered it I was worried it has elastic, so I ordered a M instead. It is a little loose but still fit well. Color is bright red. I paired it with a light sweater and a sandal it is perfect for daytime southern California almost all seasons. Since the bottom skirt is cotton poplin, I ironed it before I wore it.

Cheap looking/feeling dress
Lightweight, overall cheap fabric. There is no way that this dress ever sold for close to $200. It’s a $45 - $50 dress tops and you shouldn’t pay more than $20. Nice color but that’s its only positive attribute.
