Arrived late and watered down or fake
I’ve been using this product for decades. It was so water down that it drained right through my fingers. So terribly unfortunate. Hopefully Nordstrom will not allow this seller to use their name and sell product. Lastly, the product took 30 days to get to me.

Favorite shampoo
I bought this shampoo because I have tried it before and prefer it to other brands. I like the way it lathers and I like the feel of my hair afterwards. I do a lot of swimming and my hair is in good condition. I like to use the hydrate conditioner as well.

way better price at other reputable online stores
I have been a Nordy lifer, and never thought their prices wouldn’t be competitive with other online discount retailers. A week after I received my order, I decided to check; and I couldn’t believe how many places were selling this for much less. The item said “ Final Sale”, but surely they would price adjust. . .NOPE! Don’t know why they’d rather have bad reviews than happy customers?
