Exceptional warranty
I purchased my Pure heating pad 4yrs ago and it has been everything. Last week it quit working and I was heart broken. I called the warranty phone number and received a cheerful voice on the line. His name was Scott, I explained to him how much I have enjoyed this product and he was very reassuring that I could receive a new Pure heating pad under warranty. Scott said I would get a new pad in 7-10 days. To my surprise it was here in 2 days. Thank you Scott, I'm telling all my friends about the great service you provided. Robert Lynn

Quits working in less than a year!
So I purchased this heating pad and the worked great for almost a year then I got a flashing “F” on the control. I emailed the company and after sending them photos, they replaced it no problem, very fast. The second one only lasted less than a year as well and I got the same flashing “F”. I only use these pads in my lap. They do get moderate use, but I don’t understand why they are not lasting less than a year for the price is pretty ridiculous. The replacements are supposed to have warranty too and they have replaced it for me one time but the next time I reached out when it happened again, they ignored me — so I will be looking elsewhere for heating pads.

Broken
I bought this not that long ago and it won’t work already and just flashes a red light when plugged in :(

Flashing F-- maybe 12 uses.
My XL pad is about 1 year old. I have only used it about 10 times for my back. I pulled it out to use it and it doesn't work flashing F. This is a very nice looking and luxurious feeling pad with a convenient long cord but less than a dozen uses is unacceptable performance, for the price it would have been cheaper for me to buy disposable heat pads and I am super disappointed with this product performance.

Barely used, not very old, does not work…
My husband and I were given this heating pad as a Christmas gift a little over a year ago now and have only used it a few times. As many others have already said, I went to use it tonight and soon as I plugged it in, I got the flashing F. I am disappointed this has not worked longer than it has as you would expect more life out of a heating pad that is barely a year old. The quality of the material is good but the quality of the electronics is not which is just too bad.

disappointed
Disappointingly, the soft fabric is only on one side and the other side is scratchy and unpleasant. What a bummer! Also, it is very small so not sure why it was billed as XL. Another disappointment.
