Disappointed by Quality Control
I was excited to receive these shoes from a brand I’ve always trusted, but they arrived with clear signs of wear: dirty soles and creased leather straps. It’s disappointing and unsanitary that a used pair would be shipped out. I’m returning them for that reason. Unfortunate, because the shoes themselves are beautiful and clearly well-made, but the quality control lapse was surprising.
