Sharie Cotton Babydoll Tank & Shorts Set

I only received the top from this set, the shorts were missing. I contacted customer service, and they confirmed the item is now sold out. The only resolution offered was a partial refund (half off) or returning the item. This was disappointing, not only was I charged full price for an incomplete set, but I’m also expected to take additional time to return it by going to a store or shipping it out. That’s an inconvenience for an issue that wasn’t caused on my end. Since the item cannot be replaced, a more appropriate resolution would have been to fully resolve the charge without requiring extra steps. The top itself is fine, but the overall experience did not meet expectations.
