Transcend - Leggy Ultra Skinny Jeans

These jeans are really nice. The fabric quality is exactly what you would expect from Paige jeans. The fit is true to size, but I had to return them because I recently lost weight and am figuring out my new size. I didn't realize that "Leggy" and "Long" aren't what I thought when I bought these; the length on these is 35.5" The excess length makes them very baggy at the ankles, making my ankle area look bulky (like cankles). I am 6'tall and don't wear heels as styled in the photo for the jeans, the Cankle effect probably wouldn't be as bad with high heels. So, even if they fit they probably would have been returned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these today (black shadow) and tried them on tonight so have not washed them, nor can I speak to whether or not they bag out, but thought I'd share my experience regarding fit. First of all, I LOVE them. I think these are cut specifically for tall *and* long-legged women, and in the current sea of high-rise jeans, all of which look ridiculous on me, I am very grateful for pair that's long enough, skinny enough in the thighs and low enough in the rise! (I do wish the rise were a tad lower but I won't look a gift horse in the mouth. I'd describe the rise as low mid-rise.) And yes, they're a touch long, but not so long that I need to get them hemmed. They gather just a little less at the ankle on me than they do on the model in the picture. For reference I am 5'10"/112 lbs, have a 34.5" inseam and am very short-waisted. I'm not curvy but neither am I straight; technically a pear. The 25 fits nice and snugly but not tight and they make your butt look perkier, too. Just perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I now have three pairs of these jeans and would buy more if they were available in more colors. I’m 5’10’, 130 pounds, and the size 28 fits perfectly. There is just a slight bunch at the ankles (less than on the model). The only word of caution — if you wear these before washing, you may get some dye transfer, so I’d recommend washing a couple of times first.
