Electric Microneedle Roller Derma Pen System

I’d been dermarollong with manual rollers for about 6 months before I purchased this one from HauteLook. This is way less tedious and in 2 sessions 4 weeks apart my lips are already plumper and my skin exfoliates so much more the next day.LOVE this, buying replacement needles today.

I purchased it last month and after reading the instructions including I felt confused and lost ready to return. I had to google microneedling because the manual gave very little directions. I even searched the manufacturer and their website was not helpful. I finally just found general information on microneedles which was helpful. The package directions left out post care didn’t give any information how to care for your face afterwards. Unless, the public whom they think are purchasing the pen are professionals! Not once did the directions mention numbing the skin. It’s no wonder it hurt so much! Neither did it mention prepping skin before hand with a special cream or hylouric acid first this way it will easily glide! The instructions just says to clean face! It makes me very angry that they left out so much vital information! Please go on YouTube where microneedling is demonstrated by estheticians who will walk you through it! I don’t know at this point if I will attempt it again. Needless to say after 2 botched attempts I am reluctant but yet I have this pen now. Reviewing the instructions again, it doesn’t mention any other products suggested to use with the pen! I gave it 2 stars for lack of information. As for the 2 needles provided are they meant to be disposable or reusable? The needle itself is fairly easy to understand. Bottom line the company Beauty ORA failed greatly in providing vital information to the consumer.
