I would say that whatever your shoe size is, size down. These slippers run very large, and that’s before they stretch with wear. Also, the sole is real cushiony, it’s like walking on pillows. If you’re looking for something firm, these are not that. Other than these things, the slippers seem quite comfortable and warm.
