Quality gone down
I had a plush Nordstrom robe for years. I ordered this one and it’s very similar as a replacement but noticeably lower quality. They material is very soft but thinner than I’m used to. The robe loop is very cheap ribbon instead of sewn material like before. The interior ties (also cheap ribbon) broke off completely after 3 wears

Needed repairs
I can only give this 1 star but the robe itself is very cushy and warm. One star because I had to resew the cuffs on both sleeves. Hopefully, the rest of the robe won't need repairing. I had already removed the tag and the inside tags so I could not return it.
