nod to the 90s
This dress is adorable. I love everything about it. It totally reminds me of an adult version of the matching skirt and mesh overlay top sets I wore in the 90s. I love the slight flare at the sleeves and waist that create a super feminine look. I found the bust to run slightly small. I usually wear a 4 but size up to a 6. I am 5’5” 120lbs and the 6 hits right above the ankles, sleeves are a comfortable length as well.
