This dress is beautifully constructed. I think the material for this dress allows the ruffles to truly perk up and don’t fall flat. I cannot believe this dress is $30. Bravo Nordstrom Rack!

Scuba anyone?
When they said scuba material, they really meant it! This is literally scuba material and this dress is HUGE. Order 2 sizes down, unless you want room to bring a couple of your closest friends along inside of your dress. I wish this dress would have fit, it looks so cute in the pic, but I would have needed an XXS and the material is just, weird. It looks and feels costumey.

A beautiful statement dress
This is a gorgeous dress for the price! I don't understand the negative reviews, and I'm glad I didn't listen. The material isn't 100% silk or anything, it's by no means high end. But as long as you're not wearing it to the met gala I think you'll get by. I love the way I look in it and am looking forward to wearing it to one of the many weddings I have to be at this year!

Bad fabric, gorgeous dresss
Dress is really very, very nice, just as depicted. Runs a little large. However, fabric is really bad - uncomfortable and very thick. Thick is not bad, just this one does not appear to be very high quality. I would say if you need this dress for taking pictures, is awesome. If you need to spend some time in it, not that good.
