poor trade
This was very unbecoming of Nordstrom and the brand. When I saw them in store I was a bit bummed but happy knowing that I would not have a problem ordering them in line. Fast forward a week i had them shipped to my local store. When I scanned my barcode to pick them up something felt odd that the shoes weren't in the box. Thinking that this was some new practice, the person that assisted asked if I wanted to open them in the store before I leave. He was just as puzzled as I was to know what was inside and to both of our disappointment someone had returned the items after they had worn them beyond the normal "I just did t like them" phase. The right thing was done by the store, but im definitely cautious when purchasing through the app.
