Gender Inclusive Made in USA 996 V1 Sneaker

I’m left with a bad taste in my mouth after purchasing these for my daughter, them falling apart, and not being helped by both Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack. About after 3 weeks of casual wear, the front of the outsole began to peel off of both of the shoes. 2 Rack stores and Nordstrom (was sent there by a Rack manager) all refused to acknowledge the defective nature of the shoes and help by way of exchange, refund, or store credit. Basic message was that once shoes are worn, there is no recourse. I’m out $80 due to no fault of my own.
