Not pictured correctly
The holder arrived with a Velcro closure to wrap around a bar. It’s pictured with hooks which is why I purchased it. The Velcro tends to pull at the stitching and hooks offer more support.

Item not as depicted...NO metal hooks
There are no metal hooks...instead there is a Velcro tab . Not sure if it will hold weight of sandals
but I will see and if not will return.
