Hard Straw Hair
This feels nothing like when I leave the salon. When I used this my hair feels like straw and it isn't manageable. I can't get it to do anything without wetting it. Wish it wasn't large bottles.

Hard Straw Hair
This feels nothing like when I leave the salon. When I used this my hair feels like straw and it isn't manageable. I can't get it to do anything without wetting it. Wish it wasn't large bottles.

Leaky Bottle
Conditioner leaked out of bottle so i am a bit disappointed that I lost quite a bit of product. They need to tape the tops so they can't unscrew and leak.
