customer service needs work
my customer service experience was terrible. wanted to exchange for a smaller size and had used a promo coupon of 7$ off for a first time app user. would not honor same coupon for my replacement (smaller size) pair so I ordered from a competitor. you lost a sale over $7....even asked to speak to a manager and asked that notes be put on the order for further reference

Boots fit great!
I am a true size 7.5 with wider feet. I ordered 7’s in two different pairs of these boots, and they fit well, if not a little on the big side. They will be great with socks. I have wide legs and these fit ok, but I wish they were a little looser. The sole of one of them is coming up on the inside, but I’m hoping with socks I won’t feel it. If not for that, they would have been 5 stars.

Good rain boots
It is way better than the tall Hunter boots. But I think it would look better if the calf’s are little bit tighter. I got my usual size and it feels better than the sizing down since I wear with a ticker socks.

Hunter Rain Boots- color isn’t how it appears
Love these boots but the color is completely different than the picture. Looked black or dark gray but the boots were blue gray. Decided to keep them anyway since it was still a good deal but definitely was surprised when they arrived.

Not impressed
I’ve been wanting hunter boots for a long time but sadly was not impressed with these boots. First, I’m a size 9 and bought a 9 only to find them way too big. Second, they were very heavy - hadn’t anticipated that. Will be returning.

Ocean color is GREEN not dark blue
The boots are great. Quality is great. I just want folks to know the OCEAN color is really green, not blue as I suspected from the web.
