Silk Satin Bow Tie & Cummerbund

The cummerbund is fine. It doesn't look especially high quality, but at this price you shouldn't expect much. It gets the job done. Unfortunately the bow tie is unwearable. It's attached to a continuous loop that can be made larger or smaller but cannot be opened. You're supposed to slip it over your head, then tighten. However, it does not fit over my head. I wear a size 7 hat, well below average, and it doesn't even come close to fitting over. The only thing I can figure is they designed this bow tie for children and then accidentally packaged it with an adult size cummerbund. Unfortunately I didn't notice the problem until I was outside the return window, so I'm stuck with it.
