Chic and warm
Perfect fit (size S, I'm 5'6 and 125 lbs) and keeps me warm, looks very chic. The zipper is a tiny bit difficult to latch and the button are hard to button with one hand (getting used to it though) but those are small issues compared to how much I like the coat overall.

Wrinkled mess
I will never buy expensive clothing from Nordstrom Rack again. Wrinkled mess. Packed like they just threw it in. In a bag no less, not even a box. Has fallen a long way from years ago. This goes for Nordstrom also.
