Terrible shoe with a design flaw
Terrible shoe. There is a ridge on the inside of the shoe holding a cord that is extremely painful. I am sure it is a design flaw. I have been wearing Merrill’s for years. This is by far the worst design I have ever had.

Not for sensitive feet…
Very cute shoe and light. The inside upper part of the shoes were scratchy on my feet. The ‘bunion’ area (I don’t have bunions so this usually is a nonissue) has a heavy seam and wore uncomfortably on my foot. So sad to return these.

Purchased these for my mate, who finds Merrells accommodate his size 14 Wide foot well. So despite now being that couple that dresses alike, I purchased a pair for myself. Wore them to a music fest and kayaking. So far so good. Lightweight, good traction and although didn't dry quickly they didn't feel wet or become uncomfortable as wet shoes often do.

I use these in my house to do housework because I have mostly hardwood floors, my feet don’t get really hot and they have very good support never pinch my toes , the soul is nice and thick and supportive.
