Love the dress.
The garment is lined, a little stretchy, and runs a little big. I’m 5’3”, 128 lbs normal wear a size 6. Purchase the blue and the black in a size 6 return them for a 4, the 4 be smaller but I really like the dress. Plan to wear it to my stepson’s June wedding the ceremony is outside in Phoenix. I need to hem it and then up the slit as anyone under 5’6” would to wear it as pictured.

I liked this dress so much I actually bought it in both colors! I have a large chest (36DDD), so I do always size up in dresses because of this, but otherwise I don’t think it would be necessary. Not too form fitting, and needs no alterations. Very elegant. Cant wait to wear these to several upcoming weddings!
