If you are having issues opening the bag
If you are having issues with opening the bag like I did simply do this;
With the bag facing you slide the right round looking button (under the Marc Jacobs logo) to to the left and lift open at the same time.
Overall, I love this handbag so much. It’s so cute and convenient for daily use and running errands but my only concern is I hope the leather lasts.
