I was looking for a small, everyday, errand bag, that fits all my needs and is cute! This checked all the boxes and I LOVE the wide strap! I don’t like the thin ones that cut into my neck. This one sits well on my shoulder. 10/10

The shipping process was horrible
I’m not sure of the product. The shipping was horrible I never received the item. I like shopping at Nordstrom, however, I will never shop on line with Nordstrom.
