Gorgeous and well made

Much shorter than expected
I am 5'3 and curvy, so ordered my usual Madewell bottoms size 14 (I am an Aussie 14/16) and was so incredibly disappointed to receive a skirt that sat knee-length on me! I have the skirt sitting mid-waist (and I am short-waisted!) and the skirt hit at the bottom of my knee. Coupled with the slit, it was the most unflattering bias cut satin skirt I have ever owned. The colour is great but the length is mis-represented on the model. I do not know how she can be 5'11 (or tall in any capacity!) and have it hit mid-calf. So so disappointed!

Beautiful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This skirt is just gorgeous! I can wear with sneakers, flats or heels. I got my usual 6, but it's a little loose. I'm ok w that because i don't like clothes too tight fitting anyway. I can't wait to wear this for all seasons!

Underwhelmed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This skirt is exactly as described yet not what I expected. Maybe it’s the spilt on one side? I think if there was one back split or two side splits I’d like it better. Also, I think the waist band should be thinker. The blue color is lovely and I do like the crinkly texture.
