Really love the idea, but fit is off (for me)
I like the fabric, general style and overall appearance of this dress. It's a wonderful breezy summer dress with a vibrant and cheerful "ditsy" pattern. It has a hidden side seam zip that provides fit through the torso and waist. However, despite my height and broad shoulders, the empire bodice of this dress is too large for me. I'm going to try sizing down. Busty gals, this might work better for you than it did for me.

Pretty but huge.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am typically an easy 10 in anything that must accommodate my shoulders...this dress was huge and fit at least one size larger [kinda felt like 2 full sizes larger]...padded bra and jacket on top fixed it up seeing that I bought final sale. I'm a slimmer curvy - broad shoulders/chest, hips, and a narrower waist...and I had a lot of space between me and the dress. Madewell sizing is WILDLY INCONSISTENT.

Love this print!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Madewell has some of the greatest prints. You don’t have to love them all but this is a winner. The style is flattering. I wore this to work thinking the length would be okay- and it was. The neckline is perfect for being social and going out but maybe not for work- if you were wondering lol. So happy I have this dress now
