Pleasantly Surprised
The dress is very well made. The top part is soft and ribbed, it gives the dress a nice contrast to the bottom of the skirt which is a lined, stiff but flowy cotton bottom. I ordered the medium. I am 5'3, 34C and the dress ends an inch or 2 above my ankle. This dress will be wonderful for the summer months.
