Not genuine leather
This crossbody bag is not overall genuine leather! It is a mix of genuine leather (maybe the strap and zipper pull?) and what Lucky calls "authentic leather" which is often referred to as "vegan leather" for the actual purse part of the bag, so I was disappointed with the quality of the bag immediately. Will return.

Zippers don’t work
I bought this purse at Nordstrom Rack in Burbank, Ca. Unfortunately for me I threw away the tags. And the receipt so the cashier wouldn’t let me return it. She was not nice about it. I threw it away outside. I’m NOT going back. Inferior merchandise
