My sweater came with a big snag on the front
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I missed out on the return window because I was traveling. When I came home to open my package I was upset to see that they sent me a damaged sweater. It was right on the front, I didn't even need to unfold it. How can someone send that out to a customer?
