Cropped. Fine if you like cropped.
I'm just over 5'7" and found the Medium was cropped. It's a lovely sweater if you're going for that look, but too short for me to feel comfortable wearing it to work, so I returned it. Also, the Gardenia color is not cream so much as pale rose-gold. In the body it's true to size, sleeves are a bit long, but again that's part of the look.
