Poor new formula
I had used the lip balm for many, many years. It kept my lips soft & moisturized. And then bam, a new and “improved” (HA!) formula. Now the balm disappears in seconds leaving my lips extremely dry. This lip balm is an absolute waste of money and woefully underwhelming.

terrible new formula
I just opened this tube and was shocked that it’s completely different than it used to be. Consistency, color, texture - all different than before. What a disappointment. I have 2 more tubes that i won’t be using. So bummed

I was shocked when I learned that Khiels had changed the formulation if their lip balm. Its not good. I've used this since I was in college. I'm 67 now. Save your $.
