Too short for an adult wrist, difficult to return
My wife has small wrists but this bracelet was too short even for her wrist.
It’s also a real pain to return this piece. I took it in person to a Nordstrom Rack, where they refused to take the return. They required me to take it to a full-service Nordstrom, which was really inconvenient. The Nordstrom I then went to had inaccurate info on the return policy and tried to deny the return! Nightmare.
