Nordstrom Rack service has become garbage
I ordered this once and was sent the wrong size. Tried again and, for whatever reason, was only allowed in person pickup. Had a family member pick up since it was only available in my size across the country and I had a visit planned. Finally arrived to receive it (after the return window closed) to find it missing the belt. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Colors different than pictured
Fits true to size. However, the construction is soft and unstructured, more like a blouse than a blazer so be prepared for that. I wanted a more structured fit so that didn’t work for me. The colors are also much deeper than pictured, not as soft and pastel as shown. I didn’t like that there’s no button in front, only a belt for the wrap and because the collar is so soft it didn’t stay in place very well. Altogether not what I was looking for.
