Three Time Epic Failure
I ordered the shoes three times and all three times they arrived damaged - I have pics of all three pairs of shoes (however there’s a limit to what you can upload - unfortunately). The managers I spoke with each time ASSURED me they would walk this through from start to finish to make sure everything would be fine….Big Time FAIL!!! This is absolutely the worst service I have ever had with anything I’ve ever bought online. Nordstrom Rack is NOT a resale store. These shoes are supposed to arrive in new perfect condition. However, all three never arrived in ANY box, just a flimsy plastic bag. I mean really??….you can do better than that. I gave you multiple chances against my better judgment and this happens. Won’t ever make this mistake again and will let others know as well that this happened. Such a let down!!

Worn shoes came in Shoe bag not a box. Disgusting
This is my second time ordering shoes from Rack and my shoes came in a bag inside a box thays not Dillard's. My shoe show signs of wear and in some spots is damaged. I know the shoe is on sale but I would like to receive a new pair of shoes and in its original box with stuffing paper to keep my shoes in good shape. The bottom of my shoes are black from someone walking in them. As much as I want this shoe, I can't keep them because they are in bad shape. I dont know if ill be ordering any .ore shoes from Rack because it seems like they dont care about the customers enough to give us new shoes with a box. This is unacceptable and ridiculous for a big company to do this. I will just go directly to Dillard's and order the bran that I love.
