Please make sure if you get any bags you go on store and buy it and not online when I received my item the lock was off I was misinformed by the agents via telephone and was told to go to the store to get it fixed when I went to the store I was told nothing could be done

LOCK FELL OFF
I was ordered this for my daughter on 11-8-22 for her birthday which was 11-24-22 she love it. However today 11-29-22 she notice the lock is gone from the bag it must’ve fell off. Now I have to return it and she is very upset the bag look a mess without the lock. I just gave it to her five days ago.
BEWARE THE LOCK MAY FALL OFF AT ANYTIME!!!!

The Lock doesn’t lock and keeps opening
I absolutely love the handbag, the look is so cute, I only have one problem, the lock keeps opening and it doesn’t look the same without it. I hope to try a glue to lock it permanently.. The lock is problem!

Purchased this handbag for a friend as a gift & saw it in person at the store. I don’t know why there Brixton lock bags r not sold at the main store; however, not many r fans of the shiny or any eagle. For this price, this handbag is a steal. Even stitching is perfection. At least on mine. I suppose some experienced issues with lock & I’m sorry this happened to them. Yet various issues can happen with a handbag priced at $$$$$. Overall, from my perspective, this handbag is well made and definitely could be used for many occasions.
