Customer service BAD and POOR
Runs too big, nordstrom rack doesn't want to exchange them for the same amount of money that I got them. Offering me: " If you want to exchange to the same one now, you have to pay 27$ more".
Don't want to buy from them nothing anymore.
Shoe overall is good quality.

Cute but poorly made
I love Kork-ease shoes, but recently the soles have been falling off! It has happened with these boots and several other Kork-ease shoes. They are so poorly made.

love the look but not well made
Quality is just not there which is surprising bc Nordstrom brands aren’t usually this cheaply made. I really love the look but even leather is cheap looking if looked at closely. But from a distance no one would know. I figured for the price I’ll keep them for the look I’m going for but if you are buying them for more than a couple of wears, these are prob not the boot for you.
